Brady L. Tien is a dedicated attorney proudly serving the people of Kansas. A native of Phillips County, Brady has built his career on a foundation of integrity, hard work, and commitment to his clients.
Brady graduated Cum Laude from Fort Hays State University in 2015 with a Bachelor’s Degree in Justice Studies. During his time at Fort Hays, he earned All-American status as a member of the Track and Field Team. He later attended Washburn University School of Law, graduating in 2022 with Dean’s Honors.
Before pursuing his law degree, Brady worked as an Intensive Supervision Officer with Northwest Kansas Community Corrections and as a Parole Officer with the Kansas Department of Corrections. These experiences gave him valuable insight into the criminal justice system and the challenges individuals face.
From 2021 to 2024, Brady served as a legal intern and later an associate attorney with Glassman Bird Powell, LLP in Hays before opening his own law practice. Today, he proudly represents clients in both State and Federal Courts of Kansas.
Brady is an active member of the legal community, belonging to professional organizations such as the Kansas Bar Association and the Ellis County Bar Association—where he served as President from 2023 to 2025. He was also selected for the Kansas Bar Association’s Leadership Institute Class of 2024.
Outside of his legal work, Brady enjoys spending time outdoors and cherishing moments with his wife, Jessie, and their two daughters.
